Value for Money

At Jollydays the costs vary depending upon the month of your stay, and duration. We charge the same per tent irrespective of the number of people staying in it, up to the maximum permissible, 6 people in the lodge tent and 4 people in the bell tents (people being babies, kids and adults). This means your stay could be as little as £13.21 per person per night (in March).

Compared to similar sites we offer exceptional value for money. Our lodge tents are the largest offering 75m² (675sq ft) and we include comfortable beds, bed linen and blankets, private loo’s, dining facilities with all cooking equipment washing up soaps, wood burning stove, all wood and candles, and gas rings to cook and brew up quickly before the stove gets going. The bell tents have a large under cover veranda as well as the sleeping tent and cook hut, and let's not forget the “tea and cake” tent.

Prices 2009

Prices for Lodge tents from £13.21 per person a night, low season, to £20.83 in high season. Based on the maximum number staying in the tent over a week's stay, shorter stays work out at more per person per night. Please note we price per tent irrespective of how many people stay in it.

2. Weeks generally run from Friday to Friday
3. Per night stays in July and August *(£) are generally not available due to summer holidays, please call or e-mail to check availability as we sometimes have the odd night
4. We do not do 1 night stays Fri - Sun

The cost of your stay

The cost includes:

• Tent Hire and use of all facilities unless otherwise stated as an extra cost
• Wood to keep your stove going
• Hand soaps and washing up products
• Candles and tea lights
• Use of the communal small clay ovens
• 1 set of bed linen per person. (Any extra is £3 per person)

The cost does not include:

• Cancellation Insurance
• Laundry; £1.00 per item washed and dried (no dry cleaning items) plus 50p if ironed.
• Food e.g. Breakfast baskets
• Pre Booked Bike Hire;
  We offer bike hire in collaboration with R Yates and Sons of Malton and bike specialists, delivered to and picked up from the campsite.
  Adults £20 a day, 3 days £50, week £90
  Kids £15 a day, 3 days £37.50, week £67.50
  includes helmets.
  Child seats £3 a day. Ask for toddler trailer pods.
• Cot and high chair hire £3 a night for each
• Breakfast baskets
  Sold for 2 people so if for 4 double it and for 6 triple it. All produce is locally sourced as far as possible.
  Meat, breakfast basket for 2 people £16 includes; 1 litre of milk, 4 pork sausages, 4 rashers of bacon, 4 eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, butter, loaf of bread, tea, coffee, local honey.
  Vegetarian, breakfast basket for 2 people £10 includes; 1 litre of Milk, 4 eggs, hash browns, butter, loaf of bread, tea, coffee, local honey.
  
• Towels one large and one small £3.75 per person per visit
• Supper baskets

Please order cots/ high chairs, bikes and towels before your stay. We appreciate as much warning as possible on the breakfast baskets. All extras can be paid for during your visit.

To secure your booking a 30% deposit of the cost of your stay is required. Bookings must be paid in full 8 weeks before your visit start date. Confirmation of your booking will be sent after the deposit has been received.

Payments can be made by cheque, or credit card using our secure, Worldpay hosted servers.
