Prices
We keep it simple and that includes pricing.
No hidden extras or charges. The price you see includes pretty much everything - it includes:
- Bedding
- Dining facilities and utensils
- Loo roll, washing up liquid and cloths
- kindling, firelighters, matches and logs
- Lanterns, parrafin and candles
- Towels (except bell tents)
- High chairs and cots (on request + if available)
- BBQ
- 5kg local charcoal (deluxe tents)
As well as a gas hob, your own showers and toilets (for luxury and deluxe tents).
10% of profits are given to environmental and educational projects. Details of where it goes are put on our Facebook page.

Notes
- Dogs are not allowed (except for guide dogs) due to wildlife.
- We do not take one night bookings on Friday or Saturday night at any time.
- Prices are from when your stay starts so if for example your stay starts in June and ends in July, you pay the June price.
- Weeks run from Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday
- The price does not include, cancellation insurance, food e.g breakfast baskets, bike hire, laundry of personal clothes.
- There are certain times of year where we only do 3 night weekends such as July and August and certain times of year, generally the school holidays, were we do not accept groups of 3+ adults.
All tents including the Bell tents sit on raised wooden decks 10.5m x 7m, a whopping 75m² (807 sq ft). No tent is closer than 25m from the next tent making Jollydays an exclusive low density camp.
We price per tent irrespective of the number of people staying in it. (there is a 2 person discount at certain times of year - see below)
However to give you some idea of costs a Luxury Lodge tent costs (with 6 people) between £13.92 per person a night (a week in March) to £40 per
person a night (a 3 night weekend in August)
Savings
Early bird bookings, which are paid for in full 5 + months in advance receive a 10% “Early bird discount”.
2 person discount. In October, November, December, March and April we offer a 10% discount if there are only 2 people staying in the tent.
