Aah... Camping in the Great British Outdoors - The romance of getting back to nature, breathtaking countryside, songs around the campfire, starlit walks and fun on endless sunny days! The reality however, is often very different, soul destroying tinned meat, deflating air beds, damp sleeping bags, and permafrost on your toes! Well now there’s an alternative... Welcome to Jollydays, where we believe there’s no such thing as bad weather, only inappropriate camping facilities.

Dry, warm and clean, with hot water and a gas stove (for quick cooking while the woodburner’s heating), at 75m² (807 sq ft) our private tented luxurys are larger than most hotel suites, they have wooden floors, rugs as well as cosy woodburners and toilets. Out go those nasty nylon sleeping bags, in come wool blankets and cotton sheets on four-poster beds, and sofas by the fire. All this comes guilt-free: our eco chic camp treads lightly on this beautiful North Yorkshire setting, with no permanent structures. The luxury tents are bespoke made in Yorkshire just for Jollydays to ensure a great stay for you. Bedding includes wool blankets to keep you toasty warm on cold nights.

Each private luxury tent can accommodate up to 6 people. We offer comfort, style, simplicity, nature and it’s restorative effects in a unique experience. There is a four poster bed in one room, 2 single beds in another, all with canopies and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area (near the stove!)

DELUXE TENTS
As well as the lodge tents you now have the option of Deluxe Lodge tents. They sleep six, as the lodge tents, but they are more swish; french doors and windows allows more natural light inside and lets you observe wildlife without scaring it. Other additions are hand basin in shower hut, a 4 ring gas hob, small fridge as well as the cooler box, larger wood burning stove, candle chandelier, awning over outside seating area and a free bag of charcoal.
