View our pricesTo just check tent availability fill in the number of tents you require and people in your group. Then click on "Show availability" and the availability calendar will update.
Whether it’s personal hot showers and toilets, 4 poster beds, candle chandeliers, or a simple Bell tent and outdoor awning to sit out under with the bbq, we keep it simple and that includes pricing. Here there is no headline price and then irritating extra charges, for booking (and giving us your business), bedding, logs etc. You want it as hassle free as possible so you don’t need to remember (or forget stuff) which is a pain, especially for short breaks where your time is of the essence.
To book and reserve online:
- Enter the number of tents, adults and children and click “Show Availability” You may then choose the dates you require.
- Fill in the date details and a voucher code if you have one. Once you complete this section the tents you want are reserved for you for half an hour to complete the booking.
- Choose any extras you require.
- Enter your details or login to an existing account.
- Pay on Worldpay’s secure server (we do not see any of your card details). You will be given 3 payment choices dependant on how long between the booking and
your stay
- Less than 8 weeks - full payment only
- Between 8 and 20 weeks to your stay - 30% deposit. We will remind you - on the e-mail address you have given us when the balance is due which is 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
- If your booking is more than 20 weeks to your arrival date there will be the choice of either the 30% deposit or a 10% Early bird discount of the total cost if paid in full.

No one-night bookings for Friday or Saturday night at any time of year.
No adult only group bookings of 3 or more people during: 30th March – 12th April 2012 inclusive, 1st June – 7th June 2012 inclusive, 20th July – 30th August 2012 inclusive, 19th Oct – 25th October 2012 inclusive. Adult only group bookings will also be subject to a refundable cash bond of £100 per tent.
Remember, there are certain times of year where we only do 3 night weekends such as July and August and certain times of year, generally the school holidays, when we primarily have families, where we can only accept 1 tent of adults only as part of a booking / group.
Note:* 1 night stays and 2 night weekends cannot be booked 21st October to 23rd October 2011, 30th December 2011 to 1st January 2012.
Note:* 2 night weekends and 1 night midweek stays cannot be booked on the nights of 30th March to 12th April 2012, 4th May to 6th May 2012, 1st June to 7th June 2012, 20th July to 30th August 2012 and 19th October to 25th October 2012. During these periods 3 night weekends, 4 night midweeks or week bookings only.
Note:* We do not take one night bookings on Friday or Saturday. When a weekend does not have to be a 3 night weekend (which is bank holidays school holidays and July and August) it must be 2 nights, either Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun.
